HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We hope you love your RA products, but if there is any issue, we are happy to assist! To make a return, simply contact us at INFO@RAREATLANTIC.COM and we would be happy to send through a return label. Once your item is back with us, we will process a refund for your return!
CAN I EXCHANGE?
If you would like to make an exchange for a product that it purchased, please contact our team. We will send through a label to collect the unwanted item, and send out the new item promptly!

MY BAG SMELLS LIKE CAMPFIRE! WHY?
Our handwoven Balinese basket bags go through a special 48-hour baking process, which gives them their gorgeous deep brown color. Sometimes fresher batches retain a little bit of this 'baked' scent. The smell will often fade quickly, however, if you are unhappy we will be happy to assist with a return or exchange. Contact us at email@example.com for help!
CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DISPATCH
RARE ATLANTIC grants its customers the opportunity to cancel their order before shipping. Conversely, once validated, an order can no longer be modified. The customer has to notify RARE ATLANTIC at firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as possible after validation of the order. If the order has not yet been dispatched RARE ATLANTIC will register the cancellation of the order. If, upon notification by the customer, the goods already have been dispatched, our returns policy applies.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you will be satisfied with the goods purchased on our website. However, our customers are entitled, except for personalized products, to cancel their order and return the products after giving a formal written notice of return within 14 days following the delivery date of the goods. When no notice is received, RARE ATLANTIC will consider your acceptance of goods as final. In all cases, exchanges, returns or refunds must be requested from and granted by the RARE ALTLANTIC customer service at INFO@RAREATLANTIC.COM before sending us back any goods.
All return shipping costs inherent on returning the products will be covered by RARE ATLANTIC. Please do not forget to inform the transportation carrier that the goods you are sending back are a return.
We accept returns of our products only if the item is still in its original condition.
RARE ATLANTIC has no control on import taxes and duties. Please also note clearly the country in which you are based, as we charge to re-deliver an item that has been incorrectly addressed.
RARE ALTANTIC reserves the right to claim a compensation for possible damage occurring to returned products.
RETURNING THE PRODUCTS
Products should be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. You are responsible for the products until they reach us again, so please make sure you pack them in with care and ship securely. Feel free to re-use the packaging you have received it in, but make sure to remove all the barcodes from the postal box to avoid any confusion in delivery. Please take care that the goods are adequately protected in transit.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer (at your expense) and/or refused a refund.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: RA FULFILLMENTS, 9800 W BAY HARBOR DRIVE, UNIT 308, BAY HARBOR ISLANDS, FL 33154.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
